Orders are shipped in the order received. Most of our Outfits are PRE-ORDERS. They have future arrival dates in the description of the outfit. We do our very best to estimate the arrival of these, however, sometimes there are delays, especially right now with so many staffing shortages and supply chain issues. Please only order if you understand there could be delays. We will do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. We ship everyday M-F. Once shipped orders can take 2-10 business days to deliver (Doesn't usually take this long but this is the time frame the post office gives :). Personalized and/or custom please allow 3/5 ADDITIONAL business days to ship out. Once the order has been shipped please allow 2-10 business days in shipping time.
Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through USPS tracking.
I received Tracking info but my order has not moved or shown a pick up status yet?
Due to the the volume of orders during a Flash Sale, Flash Sale orders are usually Batch Printed in large quantity. This means your order has a label printed and is with our shipping team. Once batch printed it can take 1-3 days for an order to get picked up by the post office, depending on the number of orders received during that Flash Sale and where your order is located in the stack <3
How do I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. We cannot guarantee an order can/will be changed once placed and we do NOT cancel orders once placed. If you change your mind about an order, you will need to return it using the instructions above. We apologize for any inconvenience but in order to maintain our quick shipping times, we cannot change orders once placed.
Do you offer Price Adjustments?
Unfortunately, we cannot make price adjustments to previous orders, under any circumstance. We frequently run sales on random items on our website and trying to go back and change prices on previous order would make it difficult for us to ever run sales/discounts. Thank you for understanding <3
How do I know if my order was placed?
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You will also receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped :)
