Shipping Time

Orders are shipped in the order received and CURRENT SHIPPING TIME FRAME within 12/14 BUSINESS days but we ALWAYS strive to get orders shipped as quickly as possible! We ship everyday Monday-Friday! Once shipped it takes app. 2-10 business days to deliver. Most customers receive their order within 4 weeks or less when ordering during a flash sale. Ordering during a Flash Sale or during a major Holiday season can cause a slight delay in shipping time. Please keep this in mind when ordering :) PLEASE understand that with prices this low, we receive thousands of orders and thus will have a little bit longer shipping times. Thank you <3

  • Items that are personalized and/or custom please allow 8/10 ADDITIONAL days to ship out. Once the order has been shipped please allow 2-10 business days in shipping time.

  • Bows/Necklaces are not always kept in stock. We try to keep some on hand but when we run big sales, Bows can take up to an additional 14 Business days to ship as they are produced when ordered :) We do not take custom orders for bows at this time, however, feel free to let us know if there are some you are interested in and we can work on adding them to our options :) We do TRY to keep as many as possible in stock BUT please keep this in mind as we cannot guarantee they are in stock unless it specifically states they are on an ad :) If you need to know for sure, send us a message and we can check for you :)

Order Status

Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through USPS tracking.

If you need your order rushed please choose the rush order and add that to your cart. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please contact USPS.

RETURNS

  • An item is ONLY eligible for return within 14 calendar days of Delivery. No Exceptions! Please open and check your package upon receipt :)
  • Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing.
  • If items are Returned in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense or Tiny Ruffles Boutique, at its sole discretion, may charge a restocking fee.
  • Please include a copy of the invoice/packing slip sent to you at the time of delivery along with a note as to  why the merchandise is being returned.
  • Holiday items are non returnable and non refundable unless damaged, which must be reported within 5 days.
  • Damaged items MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods.
  • Customized apparel is nonreturnable.
  • Original Shipping is not refundable.
  • Refunds are issued back with an online credit. We do NOT issue Cash Returns. All Returns are in the form of Store Credit. You will be issued a Coupon Code that can be used to make a purchase on our website :)
  • Returns are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return(typically Sooner). We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the Store Credit has been issued. You may then use your store credit at your convenience. It will not expire and can ONLY be used once :)
  • Due to the constant change in inventory, we do not do exchanges, so if you’d like to order a different size, color or product, please return for a store credit and then place a new order online.

    Lost, Stolen and Damaged Items

    Tiny Ruffles is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items when you return and recommend you send it back using an insured courier.   We highly recommend you make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records and for our reference.

    Refused or Undeliverable Packages

    Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
    • If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can issue Store Credit for the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.

    How do I change or cancel my order?

    We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. We cannot guarantee an order can/will be changed once placed and we do NOT cancel orders once placed. If you change your mind about an order, you will need to return it using the instructions above. We apologize for any inconvenience but in order to maintain our quick shipping times, we cannot change orders once placed.

    How do I know if my order was placed?

    Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You will also receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped :)
